Sets the direction for the shop and runs most of the builds himself: CRM, custom software, and the occasional Conduit Sites project when a website needs a steadier hand. Picks up every intro call personally.

Owns the schedule, the scope doc, and the weekly status note, and coordinates the part-time sales bench. The reason “1–2 weeks” actually means 1–2 weeks is because Gary tells the rest of us when to stop tinkering and ship.

Why this shop exists

We started Conduit because owner-operated businesses kept getting two bad options: software too generic to fit, or agencies too slow to call back. So we kept it small on purpose.
