Built for Offices Without an IT Person.

  • General contractors
  • Law firms
  • Real estate
  • HVAC and trades
  • Media and marketing

Small business IT support in Dallas, for owner-run offices of about 5 to 50 people. We also work remotely across the US.

The problem

Someone Is Already Your IT Person. Usually The Owner.

Most small offices run IT on whoever is best with computers. That works until an inbox gets taken over, a payment gets redirected, or a backup turns out to be broken on the day you need it.

$3.046B

Lost to business email compromise in 2025.

24,768 complaints. FBI IC3 2025 Internet Crime Report.

$123K

Average loss per BEC complaint, calculated from IC3's 2025 totals.

Usually a normal-looking email asking for a wire or new bank details.

$61/PC

Windows 10 security updates, year one.

$122 in year two, $244 in year three, and it is cumulative. Microsoft Learn, Windows 10 ESU.

What's covered

Managed IT Services in Dallas. Four Jobs Off Your Plate.

We work with the systems you already have. We don't sell you new ones. Our Dallas IT services start with these four jobs, all done remotely.

Help desk

When something breaks, your team reaches a person who already knows your setup.

  • Logins and password resets
  • Email and calendar problems
  • Printers, Wi-Fi and slow machines

Email, accounts and devices

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, set up right and kept that way.

  • Mailboxes, licenses and shared drives
  • Every laptop and desktop accounted for
  • Windows 10 machines counted and planned

Onboarding and offboarding

New hires ready on day one. Access off the day someone leaves.

  • Accounts, email and a working device
  • Access removed from every system
  • No former employees in your inbox

Security audits

MFA, email, backups and access. Checked, written up and fixed.

  • Multi-factor login on every account
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain
  • Backups with a tested restore

Not included: support is remote, during business hours. We do not offer onsite visits. Migrations, hardware rollouts and after-hours work are quoted separately.

Security audit

What We Check First. Before It Breaks.

Seven checks that stop most of what takes small offices down. None of it costs much. All of it is cheaper than one bad wire.

The first audit is free and one-time. You keep the written findings either way.

  1. Multi-factor login

On every email account, owner included. The owner's inbox is the one attackers want.

  2. Email authentication

SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain, so it is harder to send mail as you and your real mail stays out of spam.

  3. External sender warnings

A banner on outside email, so a fake request from the owner stands out before money moves.

  4. Backups and a test restore

3 copies, 2 kinds of storage, 1 off-site. Then we restore a real file to prove it works.

  5. Windows 10 inventory

Which machines can move to Windows 11 for free, and a replacement schedule for the rest.

  6. Access review

Who has access to what, including anyone who has already left the company.

  7. Payment change policy

Any change to bank details gets confirmed by phone, at a number you already had. Never the one in the email.

FAQ

Fair Questions. Straight Answers.

Do we have to replace what we already use?
No. We work with the systems you already have. If a machine or tool does need replacing, we tell you why and put it on a schedule instead of all at once.
Who do we actually talk to?
Gary Mok, our Chief Operating Officer, and Casey Conner, our Chief Technology Officer, run managed IT. Manny Nguyen, our IT Manager, occasionally helps on the help desk. You talk to the person doing the work.
Do you offer onsite IT support in Dallas?
No. Support is remote, and we do not offer onsite visits. Remote covers the four jobs: a help desk for logins, email, printers, Wi-Fi and slow machines; Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts and every device; onboarding and offboarding; and security audits. Our office is at 3221 Keller Springs Rd, Carrollton.
What does managed IT cost for a 10-person Dallas office?
Foundation is $350 a month, Secure is $500 and Complete is $750. That is 10 users times $35, $50 and $75. Foundation is built for 1 to 5 person offices, and Complete is for teams of 10 or more. Secure is our recommended plan. Setup is quoted once, up front.
How is pricing set?
Per user, per month: $35, $50 or $75 depending on the plan, with a monthly minimum of $175, $300 or $750. You pay whichever is higher, so seven users on Secure is $350 a month. Each plan includes some remote help desk time, and anything past it is billed hourly at the plan rate, only with your OK. Setup is quoted once, up front, and you get a written scope and price before any work starts.
How fast do you respond?
It depends on the plan. Urgent tickets are picked up in 8 hours on Foundation, 4 hours on Secure and 2 hours on Complete. Standard tickets are picked up in 24 hours, 12 to 24 hours and 8 hours. Low-priority tickets are picked up in 3 business days, 2 business days and 1 business day. Response times are how fast we pick up a ticket, not a promise of when it is fixed.
What is not included in the monthly plan?
Included help desk time is remote, during business hours, shared across your team, and does not roll over. Migrations, hardware rollouts and after-hours work are quoted separately. We do not offer onsite visits. Response times are how fast we pick up a ticket, not a promise of when it is fixed.
What does the security audit cover?
Multi-factor login on every account, SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain, external sender warnings, backups and a test restore, your Windows 10 machines, and who still has access to what. The first audit is free and one-time, and you keep the written findings either way.
How do we switch from our current IT provider?
Tell us who supports you today. We plan the handover with you and put it in the written scope before anything changes.
Do you only work in Dallas?
No. We support offices in Dallas, Carrollton, Lewisville, Farmers Branch and Highland Park, and remotely across the US. Support is remote either way.
We still have Windows 10 PCs. What now?
We count them, check which can move to Windows 11 for free, and plan replacements for the rest. Paying Microsoft for extended security updates costs more every year you wait.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Both. Most of the email and account security we check lives in one of those two, plus your domain's DNS.
